Who we are

Arbor Lakes Plumbing Co. is a licensed plumbing contractor based in Maple Grove, MN. This policy covers yourlocalplumber.pro.

What we collect when you call

If you call us, we keep what you tell us: your name, phone number, service address, and a description of the plumbing problem. We need that to schedule the work, order the right parts, and pull a permit when one is required. We keep records of work performed at your address.

What the contact form collects

The form on our contact page asks for four things: your name, your phone number, your ZIP code, and a short description of what's going on. Name and phone are required — without them we can't call you back. ZIP tells us whether you're inside the 50 miles we cover. The description lets us show up with the right parts on the truck.

The form also carries one hidden field that stays empty for real people. It only exists to catch automated spam, and we don't collect anything about you with it.

Submissions are stored in our own private database, hosted by our website provider. Only we can read them. We use the information for one purpose: to contact you about the plumbing work you asked about, and to keep a record of the job if you hire us.

There is no account system and no login on this site. We do not sell products online and we do not collect payment information through this website.

How long we keep it

If a form submission doesn't turn into a job, we delete it within about a year. If it does turn into a job, it becomes part of that job's record, which we keep as long as permit, warranty, tax, and insurance rules require — generally seven years.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with lead brokers or marketing companies. We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled out the form. We are the contractor doing the work — your information stays with us.

Who we share it with

Only where the job requires it: the City of Maple Grove or another local building department when we apply for a permit, a supplier when a part is ordered to your address, our website and database provider who stores the form submissions on our behalf, and our insurer or a warranty manufacturer if a claim comes up.

Website data

Our host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to keep the site running and secure. We load no third-party fonts and no advertising trackers.

Phone calls

If a call is recorded for quality or dispatch purposes, you will be told at the start of the call.

Your choices

Ask us what we have on file for you or your address and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, except for records we are required to keep for permit, warranty, tax, or insurance reasons.
