yourlocalplumber.pro is published by Arbor Lakes Plumbing Co., a licensed, bonded and insured plumbing contractor in Minnesota. We perform the work ourselves — this is not a referral or lead-generation service.

Information on this site

Pages here describe common plumbing problems and how they usually get handled in this part of Minnesota. It's general information, not a diagnosis of your house. Every building is different, and nothing on this site replaces having someone look at the actual pipe.

Cost figures

Any dollar ranges shown are Twin Cities metro ranges gathered from third-party sources, not our prices. Your quote depends on your home — we give you the number before we start.

Scheduling and availability

We hold same-day slots for no-water and sewage-backup calls, but arrival times depend on the day, the weather, and what is already on the board. We do not guarantee an arrival window over the internet. Call and we will tell you where things actually stand.

Estimates and the work itself

You get the price before work begins. If we open a wall or pull a fixture and find something different than expected, we stop and talk to you before spending more of your money. Permits are applied for by us where the local building department requires one.

Workmanship

Our labor and the parts we supply are covered by the terms written on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are covered by that manufacturer. Work performed by someone else, or damage from freezing, neglect, or a failure unrelated to what we touched, is not covered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
